Soho Central - AMENITIES

Although the location of the Soho Central is more than enough for most people to consider investing in a condominium unit, there are actually a lot more that it has to offer. Century Properties is renowned for providing top-of-the-line amenities in their residential projects and the Soho Central is not an exception.

First of all, the Soho Central has a direct link to the Shaw Boulevard Station of the MRT III. This added convenience is welcomed by those who have to commute by train to their offices in either Makati or in the Quezon City areas. Aside from connecting residents directly to the MRT station, the bridge way also serves as a walkway across EDSA. This means you can also access the Shangri-La mall without the need to go down to the street level. Although you are right next door to huge shopping malls, you actually do not have to walk that far if you just need to run simple errands because the two lower floors of the condominium building are actually reserved for commercial services. It is basically a mini-mall. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, banks, and other services that you might need.
