Soho Central - PRICE LIST

Although not the most grandiose of the projects by Century Properties, the Soho Central in Mandaluyong more than makes up for it by being the most practical and accessible. If you just want to live in a beautiful but still affordable condominium that provides you with dozens of benefits, you would have a hard time finding a place as great as the Soho Central.

When I said that the Soho Central is not as grand as its sibling projects, it does not mean that it is sub-par. The problem is that the other projects of Century Properties have set the bar so high that even a condominium as beautiful as the Soho Central would find it hard to compete. However, if you compare the Soho to other condominiums from other companies, you would see that it is still vastly superior, both in design and in the quality of the amenities it provides. The features of the Soho Central come with a nice mix of utility and recreational. There is a connecting bridge to the Shaw Blvd. MRT Station, commercial spaces on the lower floors, a huge swimming pool with Jacuzzi, and a complete state-of-the-art fitness center among others.

The only problem you will encounter is that even though the Soho Grand is a 42-story building, the number of available units are rapidly going down. If you want to get a hold of one of the choice units then you need to act fast, immediately if possible, because this might be your only chance.
